All members of X2 Critical have been selected carefully and have passed a stringent membership criteria checking process – companies are checked in regard to both their operational and financial capabilities. This allows X2 Critical members to be protected within their membership and the network management’s continual monitoring for red flags ensures that the membership expectations on service, payments and capability are in line with the directives and professional expectations set out by the network.
All members are required to advise and notify X2 Critical management of any late payments or operational deficiencies. Notifications of such will be alerted within the member’s area and indicated in the profiles of those members.

X2 Critical will direct and assist members with the capability to meet their customer’s requirements and to support in effectively competing with MNC’s using innovative marketing and other related service initiatives.
